“The experience was amazing. The staff were very polite , professional and helpful. The owner of the hotel helped us with the transportation as its little difficult to get cabs in Auli. It was my husband’s bday and they had this full setup decorated which was beautiful. The food was also nice. The breakfast was also good. The hotel also gives u the whole view of the Himalayan mountains which is quite mesmerising. All the other hotels and resorts are at the peak where you ll have to spend 2k every time u wanna go to the city. This hotel gives u the view, food, cleanliness and a good experience. Suraj ji is the manager and he was very polite and humble. Prashant ji , Suraj ji, Ajay ji and Basant ji were mainly taking care of everything. They were quite hospital.”

“Rooms are gud with great views . My query to the owner is , when you can’t arrange buffet dinner then y u gv package of buffet dinner & charge for that. U give option of Ala carte in exchange of buffet dinner , wen customer order something the ur staff tell the this dish will be chargeable. My advice to ur staff is that give the menu of buffet dinner to the customers while giving option of packages. Rest stay , views are gud & staff is polite.”

“Room and view from balcony was good. Food was average. Service poor. Staff is polite but unprofessional . They dont give full information at the time of booking.v booked executive room with buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. But at the time of dinner they informed buffet is not available and can order thru alacarte. Then at the time of checkout they charged for dinner and they wr saying that this is the SOP of hotel that alacarte is chargeable and v paid extra for the dinner although v ghad already taken plan gfor buffet dinner. So for dinner they charged us twice. Special emphasis on PRASHANT.”
